I love the NBA playoffs!!!

GAME 1: Boston -8.5 & Over 198

It is a big deal that KG will not be playing for Boston, but the C's are still a quality club and have plenty of other players that can pick up for KG. Look for them to play well as a team and look for more scoring because KG will be missed on the defensive end of the floor the most. Boston has 'covered' seven of its last eight against Chicago and four straight at TD Banknorth Garden and the favorite is 6-1 in the last seven series showdowns. The Celtics have zipped 'over' in 10 of their last 11 as home chalk of between five and 10 1/2-points.

Game 2: Detroit +12

This line is inflated and I just don't see the Cavs demolishing the Pistons. I am going to stay away from the total because I think it is close to where it should be but the bottom line is the Pistons are the play here. They play defense and that will do well in the playoffs. They are not the Pistons of several years ago but they still are packed with veterans that know how to handle this situation and I like the match ups they have at point. Lebron will get his and the Cavs should win but by 4 or 5 which gives me about a 7 point cushion.

Split the first game (with some luck) but the Pistons look shaky at best...I liked Dallas in the next game but I may think twice. The refs are REALLY biased towards the home teams so far when it comes to making calls......

I may wait till the half to make a play....
