Yes for a team who plays no defense. The reason they may kill them is that Bulls athletic frontcourt rarely allow offensive rebounds. But the Bulls take too many bad shots to touch this line for me. I capped the Bulls at -9, and i would'nt go any higher. Toronto is on a back to back if that affects your reasoning.

My opinion.......I think if the Bulls win this, it's by 20. I watched that last game against Washington and I still can't believe the Raptors pulled it out.
