Your every move is on TV and is criticized and examined by your boss and your peers on video.
Your performance is public record.
These guys are just trying to make the right call.
There is bias in every decision every human makes in life, even people who are paid to be unbiased have to have reasons for making their opinion.
The attitude and body language of the players manifesting in the minds of the refs is what you are seeing.
It's human nature.
