For the Los Angeles Clippers, the aftermath of blowing a 3-1 series lead against the Houston Rockets and losing in the Western Conference Semifinals, once again, could have a lasting impact on the franchise. Reports emerged Monday that stars Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan had a "falling out" during this season.

Look, I really don't want to put Chris Paul in the same category as Kobe, but if it walks like a duck...lol......This is a guy who has never won....never been out of the 2nd round...but talks to his teamamtes as if he has won a ring..when he hasn't...This is a problem...

Would you accept a coworker talking down to you even though they are not your boss? probably not...Paul is a great player and is indeed the best at his position...but there is a fine line between being a LEADER and a DICTATOR...and I suspect he has crossed this line one too many times with his teammates...

The word is..Blake cannot stand him either...look at the body language on the court when they were down in the 4th quarter in game 6...vs the body language of the Houston players...or the Cavs players...these are teams that clearly enjoy each others company and want to win for the other guy...I suspect...Chris Paul is Diana Ross...and the Clippers are the Supremes...Lotta diva in that boy cliff...LOLOL...

Im not sure which way to go here...DeAndre is NOT worth the 100 mill he is asking...but the Clippers cannot afford to loose him unless they can replace him...which is not likely given the crop of this years free agents currently available...

    agreed again, Menses

i was watching the same thing.. he barks at players when they are setting up,
as if no one has ever played basketball except him..

it only creates hesitation and lack of confidence. Hesitation in sports..
in life can be deadly. IS deadly.. if you don't make the correct move..
or if you make it an instant too late.. you lose..

he barks at guys.. then whinces and shakes his head.. for all the fans
and cameras to see... it only annoys the guys receiving the ball..

people perform poorly in jobs where they are not appreciated.
He may be the boss, but he is a MOST ineffective boss.

screaming and yelling.. he will chase everybody out of town,
just like Kobe.. they should get them all together on the same team..

two weeks then all out war, i suppose CP3 would beat Kobe, because he is younger
but Kobetard Nation vs. CP3 would be interesting

Lol still trying I see. I can't believe they want to keep Jordan so bad and the talk on radio is the max. He's a low I.Q. player, only scores on dunks and doesn't dominate or anything offensively. Him and Blake let the Rockets tip toe all day in the paint for uncontested layups, when they did contest they were helping each other and coming off their man leading to an easy pass for the Rocket ballhandler to an open guy under the basket or just outside the baseline. His poor ft shooting costs them pts and games over the season. I wish they could just trade him and get some quality back.

Without Griffinh the Clippers wouldn't have made it out of the first round. Paul is a cry baby, ways has been and always will be. He was the same way in NO. Heck without Jordan the Clippers wouldn't have made it past SA as he was a force to be reckoned with and did a great job on Duncan and Splitter. Jordan is a young kid whose game can only improve. He dominates on defense and if he had a coach that cared more about CP3 and his son would help him and find him a mentor.

Jordan needs a FT coach. Now a worse version of Shaq.

Max Kellerman of ESPN LA who is a FOOL...did make an interesting point...Perhaps the Clippers should trade Chris Paul while he still has value...it is the only way to offset the damaging effects of some of the roster moves Doc Rivers has made which in fact is the real reason the Clippers are at home right now...getting rid of Dudley and Bledsoe for draft picks and the rights to Austin Rivers is quite possibly the most ridiculous GM move of the year....not every coach should have GM rights....

There is no other way for them to shore up the bench...if Bledsoe is on that team...no way they loose to the Rockets...if they are not willing to trade Paul...then keep the nucleus together...by coming to some kind of middle ground in regards to DeAndre asking price....I know one thing for sure...had this happened before The Decision II..Lebron would have been in a Clipper uniform by the end of this summer...LOLOL

He is not the smartest Center in the league...and obviously a poor free throw shooter...but you have to remember, he is only 26 and still developing..DeAndre has not reached his ceiling...the only way you get rid of him right now is if Jamarcus Cousins is available...outside of him...it is simply not worth it from a competitive standpoint to get rid of a major defensive presence and the leagues leading rebounder...simply because he doesn't "dominate offensively".....He does not have to dominate offensively...this is not an inside outside league anymore....Clippers outscored the Rockets and still lost....why? No Bench...that has nothing to do with DeAndre....

paying him the max is an absolute joke
the dude is such a liability on offense
if he was a decent FT shooter i would be ok with it
they should trade his ass to the lakers and pair him with rondo, haha
kobe will get to do what he does best and u got 2 dudes who will facilitate it for him

Bledsoe needed to be traded, he's too good to let him rot behind Paul, he was already the backup for close to 3 years if not more, he needed to be starting somewhere. I would have traded him too. As far as Jordan, I said "dominate offensively" specifically stating its not like he does, which would offset his other liabilities, not that he has to dominate offensively, I'm perfectly fine with a center who just rebounds and protects the rim since they have Blake. There are a number of guys who can come in and be good defensively and theyed shoot better at the line, wouldn't need to take them out late in games.I don't buy he will grow offensively they never use him like that, which let's me know they don't really work on his offensive game much in practice, they don't really pass to him in the post to get buckets, he doesn't even face up and explode past his man, no hooks, just a dunker. I'd trade him and just bring in another lower key energy guy and a 3 if I could or a young 2, since I'm not really a fan of Reddick. Yet Doc keeps saying first priority is to lock up Jordan and if/when they pay him the max, they'll need to get a new GM besides Doc.

Tips guy still obsessed with Kobe so sad. But no way he deserves the max. He has no offensive game except offensive rebound dunks. His free throw shooting is garbage and his D really sucked in the playoffs he played like shit versus Spurs n rockets. No way you trade CP3 a top 3 pg in the NBA. They should go after Gasol or Aldridge to go with Griffin
