Where did you find those 1st quarter stats specifically for home and away? I was referred to 82games.com for the 1st quarter stats but it doesn't separate the numbers into home and away. I also rode that 1st quarter Boston -1.5 btw.

I do the stats myself, was working great through most the season, however, lately things have got unpredictable with the big teams not taking games seriously and other teams giving it their all for making playoffs.

Without Iverson in the lineup they go back to being just what they are, a group of hacks who win without style. Yes, I do think that New Orleans has minimal scorers. They are the fourth lowest scoring team in the NBA for a reason. Just because you play your ass off in the playoffs doesn't mean that you have scorers. Peja is extremely streaky, he can score 20 or he can easily score 6. The only legitimate scorers I see on New Orleans as of late are Paul, West, and Posey (if actually healthy). I don't see Paul having a good game with two exceptional defenders in Kidd and Terry covering him. Their three legitimate scorers won't be enough against Dirk, Howard, Terry, Kidd, and Barea (playing very well @ home). I am not saying your bet at +8.5 won't hit but I think Dallas will win this game.
