Why does live betting say frozen????

Every time I try to live bet , it says frozen and won't let me????

If you're at 5 dimes, it's b/c their live betting sux donkey balls.

I'm at bookmaker. But I think I figured it out. Live lines freeze and unfreeze throughout whole game during dead ball or timeouts n shit I think. Luckily got my parlay risk money back when I bet live det/cha under 215 +105
