I think so. But you need to find a starter other than L. Walton. I'm suggesting to Phil that he start Josh Powell in place of Ariza.

Ariza still relies on athletic ability, not alot of refined skills. Should just make him defensive specialist, and tell him his role is to stop other teams best player. All while coming OFF THE BENCH
