Kings/Warriors under 244 & suns/Mavs under 230? Anyone else think these are great?

Sacramento/ Warriors under 244 and Mavericks/suns under 230? There is obviously no for sure bet but these look really good. Anyone else on these plays??

agreed big unders and lakers are for sure under today they havent played clippers to that line (209) in years
