Asked Bet365 to Block Live Betting and they Locked My Account WTF!!!!!!

You're gonna need to post more info including what reasons they gave etc.

Basically I was live betting too much and I heard you could chat with them and have that option removed.

I chat with them they say they can't they talk about self-exclusion I say I'm cool dont wanna do that.

Then these people block me out of my account, without letting me know! I have futures bets pending so I go and talk with them and they tell me they have locked my account FOREVER!

I ask them to now withdraw my balance which is around $400 and they say they will, these guys are such scums that they don't automatically do that when they block your account. Damn crooks!

Now I have pending futures bets on the NBA. One is I have like $700 or $800 on the Toronto Raptors to win the division from back in October which will give me a profit of around $500 so that is $1300 right there approximately.

The raptors are a lock to win it so I ask her what happens now she tells me I will have to contact them when they win. I am worried they won't pay up.

I also have money on OKC to win the the title. I bet $200 to return $2600 at +1200 odds.

I am worried as fukk.

Okay so I got them to e-mail me all my pending bets and they said they would payout when they win. I still am pretty pissed off though since I want my account back!

I once was putting a lot of money in bet365, and I told them to block my deposits because I was not getting lucky there and I could make some stupid bets. They were like "okay, for how much time?" blablabla and then they block my account, I am asking them what happen and they are like "we only could block your account" and I said "okay, please re-open" and they told "we can't , its blocked forever". Never played again on 365, LOL!

It is a protocol, when customers start talking about blocking anything, they put a addicted gambler label, and block the accounts.

Well I guess it might work out fine as long as they payout the pending bets since live betting was killing me
