Remember last season?
If everyone stays healthy, they'll cover lots of games. Its the stretch to get in shape for the playoffs.

Lots of people seem to think this. I don't see why. I doubt they'll ever really get it going like last year. They were playing with a pretty special edge last year.
I would be surprised to see them get homecourt.
They're still a team people won't want to play in the playoffs though.

Im not sure about their playoff performance this year, but ive noticed Spurs, by this time of the year, usually have good streaks. Playoffs are arround the corner and Pop's trying to get those kids in shape. And so far this season, with Leonard, theyre like 25-10. Lets see how they will go from now on.

Poppovich usually gets them primed up during the rodeo road trip.
Don't count my Spurs out!

They've mainly been beating the bottom feeders though, or at least that's the way I feel, I haven't checked.
How many quality wins have they had this year against good teams?
I know it was the same last year and then they started beating the good teams late but they just don't have that feel about them this year. They could rise up to 6 because of the Griffin injury, maybe to 5 if Dallas keeps playing awful but no higher to me. And despite the fact that they'll compete I think they're likely to lose in that first round.

They're navigating through an easy part of the schedule with a long homestand against bad/struggling teams. Let's see what they do the last 12 games or so. They have really tough ones at that time.
Still don't think they get homecourt.

Yeah, it wont be so easy in 2 weeks as they will be facing a few top teams. But oh well, as long as they keep rolling for now.

I believe they have never gone BTB. I feel they have a fighters chance if all healthy.
Not counting them out.
In a 7 game series I can`t fathom Hou, LAC, Dallas or OKC (coaching/chemistry) beating them.
Portland, GSW, and Memphis different story.

On 2nd thought, w/out Matthews Portland can`t handle healthy Spurs over 7.
