Mark Cuban wasting his time.. Mavs are done

Nowitzki is a single Ring champ... he was great.. and he certainly
went berserk and willed his team to victory 4 yrs ago..


but Cuban looks like he's desperate and trying to force another championship run.
It's his team, and he can do whatever he wants/

but Nowitzki is not a leader like that.. i think he had fight in him for just one..
not two or several..

he certainly is not a multiple Finals MVP type player..

Dirk is the perceived captain on that team, but it would have to be somebody else that
takes the reigns..
