My Sportsbook BETUS is trying to rip me off. Skills challenge question
My sportsbook was offering props for the skills challenge. It was offering head-to-head odds on who would have the best times in the first round. So i took Brandon Knight's time -140 against Patrick Beverly for the first round. Once the skills challenge started i realized that it was a little different than last year because the challenge wasn't timed this year.
It took them a lot longer for them to decide what to do with this wager. I think they realized that they put a bad line out because it took them way longer than usual to determine win/loss/draw.
Needless to say they counted this wager as a loss and are not explaining to me why. The wagering department supervisor, Charles, just kept repeating to me that the wager was deemed a loss and unless a decision is changed there's nothing i can do about it.
I hung up the phone on Charles because his customer service skills suck and was not willing to help me in any way. A few minutes later i realized that the wager was changed to pending again.
What should i do if they deem this a loss again? I want an explanation on why the ruling was made as a loss when the event wasn't even timed!

Please help me by giving me advice. Has anyone been in a similar situation before with their sportsbook?

    thanks in advance

When they grade it again, if you are unhappy with the decision or explanation for it you are welcome to submit a complaint form and SBR will look at it for you.
