Tracking NBA plays

Keep it short since no one cares. I book for a good friend of mine who has started thinking he could bet NBA. Kid has more money than he needs, only bets 50 a game, and has been losing long-run (probably down 700 or so since start of season). I stick strictly to NFL, but with that being over, I'm going to use this to entertain me. Kid has actually hit his last 3 or 4 nba bets so who knows what will happen. Thread MAY die in 2 weeks because he's moving to cali, but I'll still be doing business with him so hopefully he'll keep betting.

His plays for tonight were:
Sixers +16.5 54 for 50.
Raptors -5 54 for 50.
Magic +12 54 for 50.

These are not my plays, and are more intended to fade than follow (ideally neither). I don't know (or care) NEARLY enough about NBA to put my own money at stake...this is more of a personal experiment.

That's the goal. These are fades, not plays. Unfortunately he brought it back it to 2-2 which puts the record at 6-6 on the season.

Kid is eating the juice but fading him would put me in the same position. He leaves on the 13th (plays may stop) and I can almost guarantee he'll go into the red before that. He usually bets deeper on fri/sat so should have some plays for tonight soon. Thread is definitely stupid but if it leads to money making (even in theory) can't be that stupid...

So he's 10-11, meaning fading him would be 11-10 and dead even on money. He leaves for Cali tomorrow morning so could be the end of the thread unless he plans to still bet from 3000 miles away...which is possible. We'll see I guess. Hell he might even play something tonight if the cards deep (usually is on fridays? Idk nba well.)

He missed two small plays on harden/3pt and giannis/dunk. Was actually available to post them but figured you can't fade when there's 8/4 possibilities respectively. Plus I didn't want a harden shot in the dark to skew the experiment. Not a big deal. Found out he's only going to cali for 3.5 weeks so even if plays stop while he's there they'll be back eventually and the fade WILL be money...

Edit: Fwiw I think Melo And Russ have decent value as all star MVP. Melo can score in bunches vs bad defenders...well known fact no one plays D in this game. People talking bout how he'll barely play etc...seems like a decent spot. Russ seems like a big enough headcase to try his ass off in the game. Two terrible angles...I know. But just my worthless NBA input...
