    I Was wrong about Wiggins....Period..
I under estimated how difficult it would be to incorporate Kevin Love into the kind of offense Cleveland has...and based on Wiggins performance this year...it would appear that this kid is seamlessly becoming a regular 20 point scorer in the NBA in his rookie year...and rather efficiently while doing so...

His skill set, defense, and ability to move without the ball would have made Cleveland a nightmare on both ends of the floor...Love can rebound and he is quite effective thus far in doing so...but Wiggins may very well have been a better fit...and it would have been a rookie contract...Cavs could easily use the xtra cash to sign any journeyman big or defensive specialist to shore things up on that end...

That is totally incorrect. he is a 15ppg scorer, 8 of his last 11 games have been under 20 pts. While his ppg is climbing, so are his shot attempts. tonight he shot 25 times. Lebron shot 25 times. There isnt enough ball time to develop him in Cleveland. Love is producing 17ppg effectively. I dont know why people expect Love to be better than Bosh was, their game before and during is the basically the same. think about the tip in's, second shot attempts he gets from Kyrie n LBJ misses. Wiggins wouldn't have that. they have proven Wiggins type talent in JRSmith n Iman.

have to disagree here, this was personal for him.

he is a good player, but will take years to get up to speed, 4 yrs. probably.
maaayyybe 2 alongside Lebron if he is a quick study. Kyrie Irving IS a quick study.

Kyrie already great, but has exploded playing with Lebron.

Wiggins played his heart OUT in both games vs. the Cavs.
those were basically his two best games.

Cavs need Love rebounds more than his scoring. As his rebounds are a huge
part of their defense/inability of opponent to get Offensive Rebs.

Lebron + Kyrie + JR. Smith + Mozgov + a bit of Love .. is usually sufficient.

but LOVE + MOZGOV + THOMPSON + LeBron on the Boards is too much, unless a team shots better than 50%

you are right about the cash, but this is about Rings now, and bringing it to Cleveland.
They look pretty good. As is.

IF THIS WERE CHESS: if LeBron is the Queen, and Kyrie is a Bishop, and JR Reid is a Knight..
they are better served with LOVE (Rook) than another Bishop or Knight (Wiggins)

Love can do it all.. and many nights is cold shooting–
but he always does Rebounding. He never takes the night off there.

          Rebounds

          Cavs 52 Minnesote 35 (Difference +17)

          Kevin Love 17 Rebs
that Reb differential was the game (imo)

Wiggins is not even a top 30 NBA player. He lacks motivation and disappears often. Even Bill Self had to bench him while at KU cause he lacked the fire to be the man... Wiggins is flashy on offence but lacks the mindset to be elite NBA player on defense. Two words best describe him: very soft... It was a perfect analogy to compare him to JR Smith.. that is the ceiling for himself

There is no telling how good Wiggins can be. The Cavs must live in the now, and now or last year Kevin love was a 20-10 guy night in and out on the same exact team and that's what you need in Cleveland. Loves experience will be even more instrumental in the play offs
