So the Pistons were keeping it close with the Hawks all game, despite a terrible shooting night, mostly due to the rebounding of Drummond and Monroe. They go into the 4th down 6-7 points, Drummond sits the ENTIRE 4th quarter (13 pts 18 reb in the 1st 3 quarters) and they let the game slip away because of bad decisions by Monroe, bad shots by Jarebko (why is he playing down the stretch?), and horrible defense leading to wide open shots. Jennings stayed on the bench until like the 2 minute mark, leaving Augustin running the offense for most of the 4th, racking up a whopping 2 pts and 0 assists.

Did I miss something? Why did Drummond sit out the whole 4th quarter when he was practically the only reason they were in the game to begin with? Why is your starting PG sitting while his backup lets the offense get ice cold, then brought back in in garbage time?

That's why the other one is in the broadcast booth. LOL. This one is too fat to fit in there.

Drummond often doesn't play late in games. Free throw shooting mainly. In this game you can definitely make a case he should've been out there.

At least he'll always be able to find work as Ron Jeremy's stunt double

Agreed, he's probably the worst FT shooter in the league, but no one's going to resort to hack a Drummond while up 10 in the 4th quarter. Once the game starts slipping away isn't it time to make a change? I don't consider subbing Jarebko for Tolliver a "winning move." I believe that was the only sub he made until garbage time.
