Kevin Durant suffered a mild right ankle sprain on Thursday and will not return.

This is good news. X-rays were negative, so he didn't suffer a re-fracture. He is likely going to be day-to-day and may have a shot to play on Friday against the Lakers. He had 30 points in the first half and looked absolutely fantastic. Perry Jones would benefit should KD not be ready.

Only reason I did not take OKC was because Warriors could go on a run at any point and Thunder could have real trouble answering without KD. I think the Thunder hang in this game just based on what I'm watching - I don't think the Warriors are doing anything special at all right now - but it's dicey to bet on Thunder shorthanded.

Also, there's a lot of juicing on Thunder live spreads at pinny. At basically any line they offer, they are juicing OKC (I've seen +6 -136 and +5 -118). That probably means Golden State goes on a run here at some point to distance themselves just enough so that it doesn't come down to the wire. Warriors probably win by 7 or so.
