Homecourt doesn't matter

Try telling that to the warriors mavs and grizzlies from last year. Winning a game 7 on the road is very rarely done in the nba.

Of course everyone can win on the road and you can win series without homecourt but if for example both teams win one on the road, the team with homecourt wins.

Seeding does not matter in the sense that all teams are very good but it does matter because of having a game 7 at home in a series that's likely to be close, and also of course because of matchups.
