i'm waiting until after the all star break. teams are worn out and not giving effort. makes betting on them damn near impossible. teams are picking and choosing when they actaully want to show up to play

I'm having a terrible few days too. Thinking back, the same thing happened last year around this time. It seems like the first half of the year, NBA is easy to cap. Then around this time, whether it be books catching up, teams not trying or whatever, it just becomes insanely difficult to turn a profit.

College may offer you better spots than the NBA Hope. What your attempting here to pick every NBA and stay near 54% over the course of the season is next to impossible but may be done 1 season out of 5 or 6.. If you found your edge by narrowing your selections to 1 or 2 a night you have much better variance to grind out a profit.

what ive noticed with narrowing my selections is that i always tend to see a game that seems like a "lock".. and to me everytime i see one of those it ends up the other way.. for instance, lakers beating bulls last night? 76ers beating pistons by 20 the night before, etc.. i feel theres going to be games where the game is slightly altered and if i play enough volume i can overcome that.. its worked out for me great over past few years but this is worst streak i think ive ever been on.. going to take a couple days off and see how things play out for a few teams.. the problem with me doing college is theres so many schools and i only know so many of the players, whereas NBA i know every player, coach, matchups, etc.. its just much easier for me

Straight up handicapping, you're better off following a single conference because of the massive selection. Most experienced bettors on here will tell you this.

Id argue many teams give more effort in the second half of the season those with playoff aspirations in particular.
