The guy is absent in the first quarter, just hanging around top of the 3-point arch.
Sits to start the 2nd quarter.
3 total shots.
Is the fix in??????

Lebron lets his teammates get a feel for the game in the first half! He always does this... thats why he usually has a not so good 3rd becasue that is when he starts playing and is a little cold, then once the 4th hits its all over!!!! Imagine if he played a whole game!!!!! And if you look at his stats he usually avg. 5-7 assist and rebounds in the first half but doesnt get a triple double because he it too busy scoring in the 3rd and 4th!

He takes off plays, quarters, games... That's the one knock on him and I've seen everyone of his games since he joined the NBA. The team usually follows his intensity. If he's playing soft, the whole team plays soft. I attribute it to him being so young. He's still a young guy and will understand eventually. I always think of MJ and how he performed every night. He never took off games in his prime and showed up at every arena because he knew that people were coming to see him each night.

I don't think Lebron takes games or plays off, but he does not look for his shot as often as he should sometimes. Like jjgold said though they have the best record in the NBA that is all that matters. We will see if he fades come playoff time though. One series against Detroit and one classic against the Wizards is not enough to convince me. The Detroit series yes he had one wonderful game 6, but other than that he was pretty well contained. The Wizards series against Agent Zero well he was playing the Wizards how hard is it for a star to score against them even when they where making the playoffs. Lebron makes to much to EVER fix a game though he makes HUGE HUGE sums of money off endorsement deals, etc. There is no need for him to fix it a role player maybe would, but a star never where is the benefit.

At Celtic's, at Clippers for 3 quarters, Knicks at home and Lakers at home come to mind. Lebron can go for a triple double every night but I have seen him slack off even when posting trip dubs. I love the guy and I'm a huge fan of his. My best friend is very good friends with his uncle and we've went to many of his HS games. Doesn't mean I can't be critical.

Youre saying he took that Lakers game off? On national television? In the game that most people would use to determine who the best team in the NBA? Playing worse than normal doesnt mean taking games off.
Look, saying someone "took a game off" is such a ridiculous and subjective statement. Youre watching an NBA game on television and think you can tell what these players are thinking? Thats not arrogant at all.
Oh, and on a completely unrelated note, hows the SEC doing in the NCAA tournament? I havent been following and would like to know if they surprised some people or not.

There's a difference in playing bad and taking a game off... You obviously don't know the difference.
So why would you bring up the SEC on an unrelated note?? To somehow discredit my point. Stick to your points and I'll stick to mine. You disagree with me so be it.

I just brought it up since I havent had a chance to rub it in yet, figured now was as good of time as any I realize it looked like I was trying to discredit your argument on this but it really wasnt my intent.
Look, I have nothing against you personally, but I hate when people follow sports in such an arrogant manner. They take hard stances with their completely subjective views on things and will press the issue and press the issue until they isolate themselves. They have so god damn much bias, yet fail to properly disclose or assess their biases. Look back at some of the things youve said about the SEC... theyre absurd by most peoples views, yet when someone calls you out you don't back down. If you want to have your opinions about why X beat Y, or why player Z only scored 15 points instead of his usual 27, thats fine, but stating them publicly when you have zero actual basis for your arguments makes you look like an asshat.

Man, Fuk off... Who are you to say I follow sports arrogantly. You aint my bitch so quit following my posts like your in love
What does the SEC have to do with Lebron taking off plays??? Why not frequent the Cav's boards and ask them what they think about Lebron taking off plays? Maybe its absurd to you in Canada but many folks in Cleveland agree with my opinions. I guess you think they are asshats as well. Once again there is a BIG difference in a player playing bad and taking off plays. Does it matter if it's on national TV or not?
Like I said before, I don't give a damn about the SEC outside of Florida so I have no bias of what you speak. The only arrogant prick here is you looking for reasons to call peeps out. The OP started this thread questioning Lebron but your always on the other side.
