Nuggets -12.5 is a Possible trap or let down!
Knowing this team, I was hoping a line like this. Denver has not been very good at covering the double spread lately. I don't see playing with the same intensity as the did the last two games against playoff caliber teams. They're going to be relax in this and I can see Goldenstate making this one interesting.

Stephen Jackson is done for the season, but the status of Corey Maggette is the most important. Despite that, the warriors still have enough people that can score on the Nuggets who will probably relax a little from the defensive side. Especially after yesterday down the wire emotional win in Dallas.

Good chance I stay away from this one...maybe a small play on the under after a bit more research.

All those injuries and the line went from 13.5 to 12. Id say GS is the play here.

I don't think this statement could be any more incorrect. Den is far from mediocre. They are a talented team with 2 superstars in Chauncy and Melo and a supporting cast that accentuates their skills. Sometimes they get cold but what team doesn't?

Den is going to the playoffs and for good reason

I think what he means by "mediocre" is that they are underperforming. Like you said they have too many talented players but have not played up to their full or expected potential.

That has the be the funniest sh1t ever, and then it took a Balkman 3's and the Warriors missing twice to preserve the cover.

they're 12-4 ats against sub .500 teams at home (what this game in question was). they have 4 more of those games remaining if you'd like to uhhh....cash in.

if you had bet denver every game all season, you'd be winning above 56% aka making money.

since getting billups i really don't think they're that unpredictable as compared to all other teams. they win and cover against sub .500 teams at a good pace, when they're healthy they show up for big games and sometimes they're still overmatched. i mean, cleveland didn't cover against the clippers or blazers (on 4th in 5) or kings (nearly lost, actually). utah's money at home and were on revenge from a couple days ago and they didn't cover against phoenix, or the wizards. san antonio lost to the thunder. orlando didn't cover against the knicks in b2b games. bobcats are all over the map. lakers seem to be pretty random in what they cover.

if you find the nuggets too inconsistent and mediocre, i'm not sure there's many teams in the nba you could bet that certainly on.

You must a Laker fan or Utah fan then. This was a mediocre Nugget team in all the other previous years with Melo, until they got Mr. Big Shot Chauncey Billlups in the helm. They will make it to the conference final if they can somehow attain home field advantage.
