    Lakers worth a chance?
The Lakers still yet to find a win, having lost their last 8 games at home , 3 being this season - but this being the lowest dog (+3.5) in their last 11 home games says something, they might have a shot ay? What about the fact the Lakers are 30-6SU since `96 when playing on more than three days rest at Home. Excluding last season in which they went 3-3 ATS, Charlotte hasn't been an away favorite in over two seasons. They're also 1-6 when coming off back2back home wins then playing on the road since 2009. The Lakers are playing decent ball right now, with surprisingly K.Bryant leading the league in ppg, and with Jordan Hill on fire in his last three games avg 20+ppg shooting over 60%. Boozer,Bryant,Hill,Lin have a chance?

lol.. what are you talking about?!

Kobe is leading the league in missed FGs
Kobe leading the league in team losses

anybody who shoots that much that has two eyes in his head will lead the league in scoring.
If that was good basketball, his team would have a win. sheeesh

      Kobe 24.4 FG attempts /game (27.6 pts.)

      Curry 18.2/Game (27.6 pts)

      that is a huge difference

Player Efficiency Rating is the stat to look at (Curry is 10.84 higher) much.

in his last game Kobe missed 24 FGs..
so, Kobe misses 25% MORE shots than Curry takes for a whole game.

Curry has alot more weapons around him and gets a lot more
uncontested shots, kobe needs to facilitate more.

Ratzz, sure, you're right on whatever you said. Bryant is still tied for most ppg in the league though.

            YoungG, you're right !

Not for his team hes not. Maybe for himself, but even then thats an overstatement.

Not worth it for me, theres better plays out there. Lakers are unstable.

Lakers do in fact have a chance to win tonight...Hornets are closer to their level than the 5 previous teams were. But I will say this...this is the most important game they will play all season...and if they loose, it will confirm what I have suspected since Dwight's departure...the organization is in full tank mode..which is why Byron is tolerating Kobe's shot attempts and poor shot selection supposedly within the confines of a Princeton offense....

The Mamba is looking for first win of the season against the team that drafted him, Hornets havent impressed so far this year, hard to believe they win this, but the Lakers have Kobe so Hornets could very well win.

fack.. I took the stupid bobcats.. this idiots play tough against hawks, that's the only reason I took them.. my gut instinct tells me this team don't have enough shooters to compete with lakers.

I wonder who will get the credit for the Lakers win tonight ?

                                  Assists - 28

                                  Kobe 7 for 20 - 21 pts - 4 turnovers

                                  Jeremy Lin - 8 for 12 / 7 assists / 1 turnover

Lakers move the ball...Lin is an integral part of the offense....Boozer and Hill contribute as well...well balanced attack...This is how the team is supposed to play...but will the fans give the "others" any credit? or did "Kobe" lead them past the Hornets as well?
