3 game lead for the Mavs now.

Hope they can win the division. Or at least that the Spurs don't win it. I have a large bet on them not winning it.

that was an option for a Futures wager!?

          . dang

(i mean, happy for you/but sucks for me)
i would have gone very heavy on that, especially with my thoughts about GSW
i felt 100% that the Spurs would not win Div. or advance beyond 1st Round

good going. smart bet, i guarantee you, made money.
i hope it was a good price. even better

Amazing how Josh Smith leaves and they are on a sick winning streak and they just beat the champions on the road. NBA where vegas lines dont mean shit

Just remember dumb ass Kawahi Leonard is out for 2 more weeks.

The Spurs are not washed up.

Also does anyone know when or if Patty Mills has returned?

                          Leonard out.. valid excuse..

but Detroit is still great minus josh Smith

i still like them.. any team which takes out their expensive trash is cool in my book.

Going to the Finals twice in a row was the kicker. Pop had never in his history been to the Finals in consecutive years. Spurs are done. Rockets and Warriors this year in the West. memphis is good, but i don't think that they can stay with GSW or HOU it's only the 1st Half.. and anything can change. Spurs could very well come back, and win.. but they are still smoked. No way they get back to the West Conference Finals However, hats off to them anyhow, great tea, excellent run last year and year before. it is amazing that Houston is 5-0 and still able to hold a double-digit lead.. i would imagine that they are dour for a terrible game... or Half
Stay with Houston? Don't make it too obvious that you are a Rockets homer now. Golden State, Dallas, Memphis, Portland are all better then Houston.

Shouldn't really judge this team until Kawhi comes back. Last year they hovered around .500 in games Leonard missed and I think it's fair to say he is/will be a bigger part of their success this year. Just to put it into perspective, they had a better win % in games that any of the big 3 missed individually (including the long stretch Parker missed) than when Kawhi alone was out.

His numbers might not show it, but he does so many things that their other guards and small forwards can't which makes him a huge x factor. He is probably the second best rebounder on the team, his defense is above everyone else's and he is the only non big that can play with his back to the basket when he has a mismatch.

the Spurs are serious OLD garbage... totally smoked and done.

Used up every bit of gas last two years, almost lost to Dallas in the 1st Round last year,

and now have totally hit the skids..

seems like everybody has their way with San Antonio.
                                          Portland killing them tonight
lost to the Jazz last game.

                                          already on 3-game losing streak.

Dont look now...sitting at 6, healthy and playing more consistent. Still got a shot at #5 and a 1st round match up with portland.

Is only me, or most of the steals K. Leonard does, are proceeded by fouls ?
Agressive, sneaky bastard, like 99% of them refs aren't blowing the wistle...

They'll probably beat Portland if so. I have them losing to Houston if the standings stay the way they are though.

Don't ever county my Spurs out!

As Coach Rudy T of the Rockets stated, "Don't ever underestimate the heart of a Champion!"

What hurt the Spurs this year were the injuries at the beginning of the season.

I still hate him for pissing away the Cavs game, but nah, he's just a really good defender. I guess you could "theoretically" call fouls on every single play of every NBA game.
