The good news is, unless you are broke, $850 is not that much in the long run. It's rent money that got thrown away, your car needing new tires, etc. Sure the record won't be pretty, but we all know you are a longtime winner here.

Well, $850 is a lot relative to my profits and also relative to what I normally wager. In other words, it's going to take me half the season to make up what I lost chasing with the Clippers last night. The amount isn't a big deal in the "real world," but the last thing I need is to let that line get blurred between fantasy (this) and reality (my real-world obligations).

Just stupid. I was stubborn and pissed and refused to believe LAC could be that bad in the 2H. But anything is possible.

Thanks for the support guys. Break time for me, though. I need to reset and just focus on other sports for a while. The NBA has raped me and left me for dead these past few weeks.

Thanks, IB. Just haven't even felt any interest or desire to look at NBA lines the last two days. Might just need a prolonged break.

Wouldn't surprise me, but they're a different team with Meeks out there instead of Smith. I don't know if I'd bet against the streak right now.

I also want to apologize again for anyone who tailed my Clippers play. I doubt there are many of you out there given how horrific I've been in the NBA this year compared to all the success in the past -- hell, there are probably people now who are fading me on a regular basis in this sport. Not sure, Madison. I hate Brooklyn. You saw what they did in their last game vs. Dallas. Plus, I think Deron Williams is still out (haven't checked today).

With that being said, tonight is probably a good time to take them.
