The Mavericks added Chandler Parsons and Tyson Chandler. Meanwhile, the Spurs won't have the services of Tiago Splitter and Kawhi Leonard. Leonard is a big loss and Duncan is 1000 years old. The Mavs should be a bit more stout in the middle and the Spurs don't have anyone who can guard Ellis. Dallas +4 is money.

So because I posted some sound, albeit brief, rationale, it points to a trap and I should bet the other side? I could have just as easily made a case for the Spurs and you would have countered with the same line... so maybe the Spurs are a trap and the Mavs are the right side?
I refuse to inhabit that world, where bettors yield to paranoia and uncertainty, and throw around buzz words like "trap" to justify their fears.
Don't forget, the Mavericks played the Spurs tight in last year's playoffs... they were arguably the toughest opponent in the Spurs' championship run. I think the additions to the Mavs combined with the subtractions to the Spurs make for a decent play on Dallas +4 (although as one poster pointed out, 1H may be even better). If it loses, it loses... like Jay Z, I'm on to the next one.
