    Duke's NBA Picks
I had a thread a while ago here tracking my picks but I kind of lost track of it when I took a break... I'll start a new one since I don't feel like looking for the old one...

    Tuesday Night Pick

    Houston Rockets (+5.5) @ Utah Jazz (-5.5) - 10 units

The Rockets are currently red hot, 8-2 in their last ten and 16-4 in their last twenty. Although the Utah Jazz are one of the best home teams in the league, posting a 29-6 record, the Rockets have covered in their last five road games. San Antonio, New Orleans, Charlotte, Denver, and Utah have been their opponents in those five games spanning from March 4th to March 22nd. Four of those five teams are great at home.

Good luck and I encourage discussion

Tough game last night with Houston... I felt that it was pretty even, wanted the points... didn't expect a 13 point win...

      Wednesday Night Picks

      TOP PLAY
New Jersey Nets (+12.5) @ Cleveland Cavaliers (-12.5) 25 UNITS

The Nets have never covered when they have been listed as 12.5+ point road underdogs (0-3). On the other hand, the Cavs are 7-3 ATS when listed as 12.5+ point home favorites. The Cavs and Nets have played twice this season, both in New Jersey, and the Cavs have dominated both games by 12 and 14 points.

      -----

      BIG GAME SELECTION
      Boston Celtics (+3.5) @ Orlando Magic (-3.5) 20 UNITS

      -----

Los Angeles Clippers (+6.5) @ New York Knicks (-6.5) 20 UNITS

      -----

      Charlotte Bobcats (-6.5) @ Washington Wizards (+6.5) 15 UNITS

The Wizards are one of the most dreadful teams in the NBA, they are 26-44 ATS and 13-23 ATS at home. They are 2-12 ATS against division opponents while Charlotte is 11-2. Charlotte has covered 12 of 14 games in the second half of the year when playing against a team with a losing record. Expect another. Charlotte by double digits.

      -----

      Minnesota Timbervoles (+11) @ Philadelphia 76ers (-11) 10 UNITS

The Minnesota Timberwolves are just 20-51 on the season SU and even worse, 10-25 on the road SU. However, they are a surprising 31-39 ATS and even 21-14 ATS on the road. This shows that the Timberwolves are not a team that gets blown out too often. On the other hand, the 76ers are just 15-16 ATS in Philly. The Sixers also have been unable to cover in 7 of their last 11 games against losing teams. They are also 6-10 against teams who allow 99+ points per game in their last 16 games against those teams.

      -----

San Antonio Spurs (+6.5) @ Atlanta Hawks (-6.5) 10 UNITS

Atlanta is 17-7 ATS in the second half of the season and 11-2 ATS in March. The Spurs have struggled as of late going 5-8 ATS in March. The older Spurs are 6-9 ATS when playing back to back days while the Hawks have a day of rest after coming off a double digit win at home against Minnesota. Atlanta is 11-4 ATS and 13-3 SU after winning by double digits. They are 21-10 ATS when playing a winning team. The Spurs are just 17-15 ATS in that same situation.

      -----

      Utah Jazz (+3) @ Phoenix Suns (-3) 5 UNITS
