I remember him quitting on some of those guys in the playoffs as well. I don't think Jordan ever did that.

He never quit on any of his teammates, you're prob referring to Dan Gilbert running his mouth like an ex girlfriend. And what about in 86 vs the celtics? Where he threw a fit and fouled out because he knew he couldn't get it done? WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Jordan taking a 6 seed to the ECF in a stacked eastern conference, in 1989, and giving Detroit their only 2 losses is a more impressive run

Jordan went to the ECF finals as a 6 seed in 1989, and when the East was actually really good. And no, Pippen wasn't an all-star yet. Nobody else on the team was. Also, nobody in the Bulls starting lineup played better in the playoffs, compared to their regular season stats, besides Jordan of course.

Beat a team with 57 wins in the first round. Jordan dropped 50 twice and game winning shot game 5 on the road. The 2007 Cavs beat nobody with 57 wins in those playoffs. Jordan did it in the first round.

2nd round, on the road again, beat a team 4-2 with 52 wins in the Knicks.

Had a 2-1 series lead against the champion Pistons. It was the only 2 losses for the entire playoff season for the Pistons.

Lebron got swept when he finally faced a real team in the Spurs, and played like shit to boot. 35% shooting in the Finals.

The Cavs in 2007 beat one whole team with a winning record in the playoffs, and had home court the first 2 rounds, and only gave up 82 pts a game in the east playoffs. Daniel Gibson scored 31 points in the clincher against Detroit, otherwise they go to game 7 @ Detroit. So this whole "Lebron did it all with scrubs" is BS. Or at the very least, recognize his competition was scrubs too, in the East. Plus, Iverson had a better run in 2001, which devalues what Lebron did in 2007. There was already a precedent for a team to make a run in the garbage east.

The East Coast teams suck period!

None of them can compare to the West Coast teams!

          No not one!

That is why the Spurs will win on Sunday night!

I watched him quit on his team before anything was ever said publicly. We all saw it. Many were speculating it was because he found out his mom was screwing Delonte West.

You can't compare Cleveland to any of Jordan's teams. 76ers had a fiya defense. Also team records back in the day were kind of trumped up because there were only a few really dominant teams. Bench players now would start on most of your joe shmo teams back then and all they were good for was practice. Also I'm pretty sure Lebron is shooting almost 60% this finals

YOu must be talking about the game they were getting beat by 35 points? I've seen a lot of great players quit, Kobe's quit. Lebron just get criticized because he's the biggest target in professional sports right now. Just like how all the meme's going around after the cramps. Well the next game when Parker went down like a pussy all curled up on the floor you didn't see people making fun of him? I potentially ruined his teams momentum with that baby ass shit.

35% when he was at cleveland because all the spurs had to do was keep him from driving to the paint...who else is going to score? lol pretty easy game plan

bh9889 = another 20 yr old that that wipes LeBrons jizz from his chin everyday.

It's pretty simple, anybody that knows basketball & has been around long enough to have seen both eras understand the reasons why Jordan is so far ahead of James on the food chain that it doesn't register. Anybody that is 20 yrs old & beats off to LeBron multiple times a day doesn't.

You wanna give LeBron credit for leading that team to the Finals in a season where the East was as weak of a conference as we've ever seen then you have to give him credit for getting swept in the Finals as well. LeBron was the single reason why the Heat lost to the Mavs in the Finals with his s#it play. And now LeBron on the verge of losing yet another Finals. Since you're 20 yrs old I'm sure this is something you don't realize but Jordan never lost in the Finals. He was Finals MVP for three strait championships, the retired for two yrs in his prime to let somebody else win, then came back & was Finals MVP for three strait championships again!! And he accomplished this with a team built the correct way, he didn't conspire with Magic & Barkley to do so.
To put that in perspective, LeBron would have to win the championship this yr. then retire for the 2015 & 2016 seasons then comeback & win the championship in 2017, 2018 & 2019 while being named Finals MVP each time....And all that does is compare him to Jordan not better him!!

Well we're talking about the players skill and ability. You're talking about team wins. If Jordan would have went 4-2 you wouldn't think of him any less as a player now would you. Lebron would shit on Jordan 1v1. Take a big fat shit in house mouth.
