Kareem played like 7 years in Milwaukee and won a championship there though so not really a fair comparison.

Duncan played 4 years and won a championship before Parker came and they became a trio so I'd say it's pretty fair. Especially since we're talking about the level of game Showtime had. Their cast of players was considered far better than Spurs.
