Al Jefferson (plantar faciitis) said the Bobcats may be "trying too much" to feed him the ball in the post despite Miami's aggressive defense.

"He couldn’t do anything [at shootaround] this morning," Clifford said. If Big Al doesn't suit up it could be a disappointing end to the season for Charlotte, which faces a daunting 0-3 hole in the series and isn't going anywhere with their star player hobbled by a torn plantar fascia.
