Think there is decent value in this 2nd half play. What has essentially been a toss-up in the first 6 quarters of this series, i don't think many are sure whether Houston is even the better team.
The frantic first 8 minute pace slowed down considerably, but what i like about this low team total is we haven't even seen the outside game from Portland heat up (6-18 shooting between Batum, Matthews, and Lillard). I think we'll see at least one more frantic pace, likely to start this 3rd quarter, but then we also benefit from late game fouling (whichever way it goes) and extra possessions for Portland's shooters to make plays.
With a TT this low, only need a couple spurts to make it go or sail over...
