Portland averages 52.9 1st half point per game. Houston averages 58.5 1st half points per game @ home. These two average 116 for Houston and 109 for Portland when they play each other. I never bet unders, just a thing with me so I can't help you with that. But, seeing how I do this afternoon, then I will decide about the Houston game, leaning over 214 right now. BOL
