lol am i crazy or do i think the knicks might have a better shot starting schumpert off the bench instead of melo? also the nets will probably sit out or limit minutes to several players tonight as well

Lots of people sitting out for the nets already also Williams & Johnson & pierce are game time decisions. If the starters are out for the nets then yeah I would take Knicks even without melo & amare because jr smith & Tim hardaway could have really good games and keep it close versus the nets backups.

Depends on who's playing tonight but I like the Knicks getting points. I'm assuming some starters are sitting for the nets and is the reason why the line is moving backwards

If nets rest their starters, I don't see the knicks getting blown out, even with no melo or amare

The Nets can't improve their seeding, but they can tank the next one or two to try to determine who they want to play. They are the only one out of the three, Wash. and Charlotte included, that have two games left. I don't know how the tie breakers would work out or how they've done against the rest of the field, but it may be something to think about...

yeah the nets are missing a few starters for sure, with most being probable to sit out, including the veterans, in addition the nets can avoid playing a team like chicago by tanking
