So my Saints future didn't work out last trip for the NFL....Anyway, I'm not taking OKC at 4-1.

I want to make a few small wagers on some long shots for the hell of it.

Was thinking Mavs at 200/1 and Bulls at 85/1.

Realistically one of the following five teams will win it all...

    Heat
    Spurs
    Clippers
    Thunder
    Pacers

I don't link the odds on any of those.

Could Dirk put together one more run? What of Rose comes back?

Anyone else have a shot? I don't like Houston.

Blazers probably has the best risk/reward and is realistic. I haven't looked at the numbers but I know no one is going crazy over the Blazers.

Lets be honest. With the way the Pacers are looking, they are NO THREAT to win anything.
A real sleeper team to come out of the EAST is the NETS. Great odds too. I grabbed them at 25/1 Not sure what the odds are at now.

Nets are the ONLY team that can potentially beat Miami in the East. They are basically built to beat Miami and they have a ridiculously deep bench.

At 25/1 odds this is a VALUE BET for me! LOW RISK but EXTREMELY HIGH REWARD

This is the NBA, not college basketball or NFL. When is the last time a 3 seed or lower won the whole thing? As much as we want to think there may be a cinderella who can win it all, it isn't happening. It will most likely be Heat, Clipps, Thunder, or Spurs.

You can try to take a longshot like Warriors or Bulls, but youre most likely throwing away money.

I like the idea of the Nets winning the East (NOT the NBA title)....better team than anyone else in the East at the moment and they have been playing without Garnett and Lopez. They have championship experience with the ex-Celtics and Kidd, their coach. I would put money down that Miami does not win the title this year, they just don't have it.

I think you're just throwing money away tbh (you probably know it that said)...

Nets probably the best one as a couple of guys have said in here.

I'll be happy if my Mavs can give your Thunder a series, not even really thinking about winning it and even less about winning 4 rounds. 200/1 is much higher than anything I've seen though. Give me 500/1 and I might throw away 5 or 10 bucks on it

Didn't end up placing any futures on NBA. Took OU to win national title in football at 10/1.

Got ass as kicked at Blackjack and roulette. Was fun trip anyway. 5 days is too long to be in Vegas.
