Not getting the line movement from Mavs/Clips game

Per wunderdog, Clippers have been backed by the public 59% ATS, 70% ML.

But still, line opened at -5.5 for Clippers and has gone down to -4.

Is something fishy going on?

Pinny opened @ 5 for like 10 minutes, so wouldn`t read much into 1 point swing.

What concerns me is if the Clips are going to show up for 48 with the 3rd spot all but locked in?
