I made live bets that neither the Clippers or Nuggets would win the 3rd quarter by 6+ points. And if you go look at the box score you will see that the Clippers won by 3 points. I should have won my bets but instead they said I lost.

The chat person told me they will e-mail me within the next hour to resolve it.

At first he/she tried to tell me that it was a 3 point lead bet but I told them to look at the time at which it was placed and that the bet was a 6 point margin one and I should have won.

Im so pissed I bet like 50 bucks on this shiit and should have made like 100+ back.

You think they will resolve it or did they screw me?

Only thing I can think of is finding someone else it happened to or looking through your cached internet history and hopefully finding something. Which is hard cause those pages time out. Good luck bro

The guy e-mailed me telling me that it was 3 points, wow what a POS, it fully said 6 points I can't believe bet365 is doing this crap.

Are you sure it stated 6+? I know usually their margins for full game are 6+ but it would seem logical to me that it would be less for a quarter?

Ya it always does that for NBA games it went from 6+ and then the line changed to 3+ at the end of the quarter.

I saw it with my own eyes winning margin for the quarter was 6+ since when I made the bet the clippers were up by 5-7 points in the quarter.

That's all it says, I talked to like 4 people on the chat made fun of their company called it a POS company and told them I'm going to pinnacle after I cash out.

And I told them I am going to screenshot everything from now on.

Ok fair enough. I really don't know what to say. My guess would be the line moved just before you bet it or something.

From my personal experience 365 is a 100% legit site and one you want to stay at.

Either way that kind of loss really sucks. I've thankfully never had anything of the sort happen to me. I can only imagine how fukking ballistic I'd go.

use hrwager.ag that I use. Same thing happened to me once and they resolved it quickly for me. Never had any problems

that's what I thought initially too. margin of victory is greater than 6 from what I read.

from experience bet365 isn't bad, just stopped using then due to limits but they're pretty good and so is their customer service.

Bet365 probably the most dishonest bookie out there. They renege on so many bets. Especially beware of live bets where they will say the odds were wrong and settle what were 10/11 bets as 1/7 or 1/20 and say odds were wrong. I have given up betting with them
