For example,
You pick Atl-Uta Over 201 -110 at Book-A.
And Under 202½ +110 at Book-B.
If game ends with 201 points, you got 1 Win and 1 Void. 202 Points means Double Win. You win both bets. Any other score you're breakeven. You can find some slightly negative arbs like -110 +108 also but even these negative arbs can be profitable over long haul.
You may think chance to win middles like this is very slim. You're right. If I win 1 middle then I miss 30-40. But when you hit, you nail the JACKPOT! Remember, every new day, every bet is an opportunity.
Your options are not limited with middle bets only. You can make arbs also. Like picking Heat HT -4½ -105 in one book and Wizards HT +4½ +115. It's a +%2.38 arb.
I know online betting is restricted in USA and bookie options are very limited. But still, many online books are available as I know. Maybe you can find some interesting arbs&middles in your books..
Of course, it requires a big capital, time and hard work. Not for everyone definetely.
