Questions on technical foul and suspension.

Yesterday D.Cousins got his 15 technical fouls, according to the rules he will be suspended for one game after he receives his 16 technical foul, but after that:

1. Will he be suspended for one game after every one or two additional technical fouls issued?
2. Assume he will be suspended for every one additional technical foul issued, will he be ejected from the game in which he receives the additonal technical foul?

In the regular season, the NBA's technical-foul schedule works as follows:
Technical fouls 1-5: $1,000 fine for each tech
Technical fouls 6-10: $1,500 fine for each tech
Technical fouls 11-15: $2,000 fine for each tech (with a warning letter sent once the 12th tech is reached)
Technical foul 16: $2,500 fine plus a one-game suspension
Each additional technical foul: $2,500 fine
Each two additional technical fouls (the 18th, 20th, 22nd, etc.): $2,500 fine plus one-game suspension
Players' and coaches' technical-foul counts revert to zero once the playoffs arrive, and the league uses the following technical-foul schedule:
Technical fouls 1-2: $1,000 fine each
Technical fouls 3-4: $1,500 fine each
Technical fouls 5-6: $2,000 fine each (with a warning letter sent once the fifth tech is reached)
Technical foul 7: $2,500 fine plus one-game suspension
