I screwed up the Lakers one, didnt realize AK47 in the starters list, was thinking they scratched 3 starters would make them adjust & hence a slow start. a no show from Kendall Marshall, & Wesley Johnson today.

1st quarters projection for tomorrow:

Mavericks -3.5 at Knicks
It's this time of the year where .500 teams play to the next level of games, very simple, they are gunning for the playoff spot, a game by game focus and high energy to start off. Dallas is leading top 5 in 1st quarter scoring (2nd & Houston is 3rd), their last 3 games they are average 30 points per game with fast pace & lights out FG %, they can defense well in transition and low post. in February, they are 8/10 ATS, and 4/6 away ATS.

Knicks is without Shumpert who is gonna defense in the wing ?, they certainly can play at home with high energy in their building, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Carmelo are the likely offensive threat in the rosters, their bench (....amare ?).

the Mav should win and up by 4 in first 12 mins. Thus take Mav -1.5 (1st Qrt), expected -2 by game time. GL everyone.
