Milwaukee and Philly no what they are doing. One bad season could lead to many great ones in the near future. I'd put money on it that Philly gets the #1 pick. No way will NBA let Parker or Wiggins play in a small market like Milwaukee. Wouldn't surprise me if Milwaukee falls out of the top 2.

You do realize Clipps 2H is only covering by about 5 pts now. That is nothing in garbage time.

Once Philly tries, they will be good. I'd imagine they have a ton of cap space too. Who on their team is making big money? I don't think anyone. MCW and Noel are on rookie contracts. They'll have a good young core, and will be able to add a FA or two.
