What Gives With Jazz Line?

These two teams just played a couple nights ago in Minnesota and the Jazz got destroyed. I think Jazz had less than 30 points at halftime. Wolves closed at -10.5 in that game. Assuming 3 points for home court, books didn't adjust the line at all. Found it odd they opened the line at -/+ 3, assumed it would have opened at -/+4 at the lowest.
