Been following the threads here without a username for quite some time and finally decided to start a thread of my own.

I'm your average 22 year old guy who loves to gamble and earn some extra side cash. Been doing quite well lately, but will be tracking fresh starting today (1/9/14)

I look for tonights game between the Knicks and the Heat to be competitive. Knicks have been a small roll lately and really need to turn it up if they want to be considered a contender this year. What better time to do it vs Eastern Conference rival and power-house Miami Heat. Last 7 match-ups have gone under and I look for that to continue tonight.

Good Morning!

Went 2-0 yesterday on our Goldy as the Knicks EASILY took care of the Miami Heat, while covering the O/U by a mere 2 points. As predicted, the Knicks hung with em' all game, and finally went on that run to pull ahead and secure the W.

YTD 2-0 +3 Units

I'm having good feelings about this thread and look to have 3-4 NBA Picks for tonights action. Will update at around 2pm with games I'm looking at and than post no later than 5pm with our CERTIFIED GOLDY

5 Units on the line, with the Under in Indiana being my most confident pick of the night. Coming off a bad loss against the Hawks, they are home and are about to lock down the WASH offense. I predict Wash doesn't exceed 81 points tonight.

Ok, I'm in for the last two but couldn't get the INDWAS under. I hesitated and it moved into the 180s.

Edit, looking at your earlier post did you get 195 or 185?

That was a mistake! The total is 185** as posted earlier in the thread. I still like the UNDER at 185, but would hesitate if it goes down to 183 or 183.5.

I think the posted total (196) is compensated for the injury to Eric Bledsoe. People expect the Suns to be incapable of scoring without him, when they still have the build of a fast paced run & gun squad + Memphis is still without top defender Tony Allen, who without is a below average defensive team. I'm not worried about Memphis scoring 100-105. The over has hit in the past 4 meetings b/w these two teams IN MEMPHIS, and I look for that to continue.

Another great night as we easily cash our 3 wagers and go 3-0 to push us to 5-0 on the season. It's a great start to this thread, but don't expect me to be undefeated for long! I'm an honest and transparent guy, and we're on a hot streak. I hope some of you have tailed the past 2 days and made some nice cash.

As I mentioned last night, I am only going to continue posting picks if I get good engagement on the thread. Tell me if you like my picks, tell me if you hate them! This is a open forum and everyone is entitled to their opinion! Spark up a debate, and lets talk sports.

Lock this pick in ASAP as I expect the spread to end up being 6 or 6.5 by game-time tonight. I've been saying that the Knicks were going to go on a nice run, and the only thing stopping them was the HEAT. They trounced them and their confidence should be as high as JR Smith will be on the bench tonight

I expect the Knicks to win by 10-15 tonight in PHILLY where they've always played well and felt comfortable just a few miles down the turnpike. We will keep betting the KNICKS until the books start respecting them again!

First of all, Bargnani is not a defensive small forward. His defense is lackluster and I would consider him a offensive power forward. He will most likely be getting a lot of time at CENTER today because Tyson Chandler will be sitting again with illness.

I actually like over 14.5 for him tonight, especially if he sees a majority of his time at CENTER. The SIXERS are a bad defensive team without a big man that can guard Bargnani outside the post. I expect the Knicks to spread the floor tonight and for Bargnani to have a good shooting night.

I actually dislike Bovada. The lines aren't always consistent with Vegas. I use the lines in this thread because I use a bookie and he uses the Bovada lines. I will tend to buy a .5 pt. to match the spreads that are posted elsewhere.

I like the under because the Nets were forced to play 2OT last night against a hard game vs. the HEAT. We all know they are an older team and think they will limit Garnett and Pierce's minutes. I expect the Nets to score between 80-85 points tonight.

TOR (with an exception to their previous game) has been hitting the UNDER lately, and the UNDER is 5-2 in the past 7 matchups at home vs the Nets.
