But I don't understand what this means in the context of refs? Can someone explain?

This means that Jt Orr is 14-6 against the spread for the home team (known as a homer) favors the home team.
Eric Lewis is 23-4 on the Over this means teams score alot of points when he's blowing the whistle. Hope

Are that many games statistically significant? Or does it tend to all even out in the longer term?
