Pounding Warriors.. I can't see ATL scoring enough to stay with them. Inside presence of Bogut/Lee should keep Millsap from dominating and I can see Iguodala and Barnes providing good exterior defense. Only thing that worries me will be ATL's fresh legs.Comment -

As an Atlanta local let me give you my opinion on the Hawks. They have played 3 games without Horford - going 1-0 at home and 1-1 on the road. In their only home game they were down 15+ points to the Bobcats in the 2nd half. They were able to shoot their way back into it and win in OT--which appears to be their new identity. A bunch of 3 pt shooters playing around Teague and Millsap, who both can get to the basket and shoot 3s as well. I think the only way the Hawks beat the spread is if their 3 pt shooting is hot like it was that game. Charlotte is one of the worst 3 pt defenses in the league. Golden State is one of the best. I really don't see the Hawks losing by less than 5-7 here but if their shooters get hot they could prove me wrong.
They were also down big in their other win since Horford went down (against the Celtics) and came back to win. I don't think they can keep getting down and coming from behind, I think it was more luck and hot shooting than anything. I'm putting money on Golden State -3.Comment -

Last year they beat the Heat on the road and then fell to Orlando, but the year before that the results were the same while both games the Warriors were home. And I wouldn't say they OWN the Hawks... But I do like them in this game, regardless of B2B, 4th straight road game, etc. They are simply on a TEAR right now, and Atlanta may have won 8 of their last 9 at home, but all except one of those were with Horford.Comment -
