That's what its all about....Stern is out in February and he has a few loose ends to tie up. He does not want the Lakers win championships and dominate like years past...that's what the Chris Paul faux trade and the CBA was all about. Is it any surprise Kobe was one of five players to vote against it....? What Stern does want however is good viewership and revenue during the playoffs..and from a business standpoint it would be foolish to have The Suns play the Spurs in the 1st round.....and thus games like last night are inevitable....I expect more of the same tomorrow....Phoenix is hot just coming off their 4th straight win...and Golden State is in the 9th spot, Minny is right behind them...gotta keep the Lakers afloat one way or another...

His shot jacking is slowly starting to come back into form...4 for 14 from the field including 5 bricks from beyond the arc and 5 turnovers....meanwhile Gasol, the player who according to ESPN LA is washed up and trade bait went 16 and 10 going 7 for 9 from the field...Hawks had no answer for him...until D'Antoni decided to go Inside-Out and allow Meeks and Kobe to brick themselves into oblivion in the 2nd half....Lakers shot 21 free throws to Atlanta's 15.....not even the Refs could bail them out tonight....Memphis tomorrow on a short rest back to back....I wish them the best of luck...Comment -

that is a misconception, 11-9 is in reality ONE game over .500..
the median is 10 games, not 9 games.. if the median were 9 games, the total would be 18.
because if the team had lost once more in that 20 game span..
that 'loss' does not just vanish.. it slides over to the "Loss" column..
if a team wins one game less, it's not 10-9.. it's 10-10
