    is parker playing tonight?

    got this news from yesterday:
Tony Parker will not play against the Magic on Friday due to a sprained ankle.
This is the first we've heard of the injury. Parker played 34 minutes against the Thunder on Wednesday, which is above his season average of 30.2 per game. He should be considered questionable for Saturday's game against the Rockets. Plus, the back-to-back set may have been a factor in keeping Parker out. Cory Joseph will get the start despite playing just 5.6 minutes per game this season. Patty Mills has played 16.3 minutes per game while Nando De Colo has logged 9.8 per night, so it will likely be a collective effort.

    any news?

I have seen conflicting information. Remember Pops is maybe the best there is to key top players for certain games. Could Parker have been held out so he is much better tonight at home versus HOU

The line dropped a half a point on the Parker question…I bet SAS -6 on the anticipation Parker is playing.

You take SAS now or risk Parker playing and line going up,imo..hope I am right…bol

Tony Parker will be a game-time decision for Saturday's game against the Rockets.
As is usual for the Spurs in a back-to-back set, they skipped the morning shootaround and as such we won't be able to determine Parker's status until just before the tip. If you are in a daily league, stay tuned for an update closer to the start of the Spurs-Rockets contest.

        Tony Parker - G - Spurs
Tony Parker will start vs. the Rockets on Saturday, after missing one game with a mild ankle injury.

The ankle injury was a thinly veiled excuse for Gregg Popovich to rest Parker without incurring a fine from the NBA. Deploy Parker as you normally would.
