A little fun fact for you all...you can fit two regulation size basketball between the diameter of a regulation rim...just go to a sporting goods store and find out for yourself, rims look alot bigger down low than they do 10 ft up.
When I was playing in my teens, I used to practice with this attachment that goes on the rim to make it like 6-7 inches smaller...it was like shooting at a carnival rim but it did wonders for me shot.
