Magic vs Bobcats UNDER 189 (-110) 5u to win 4.55 WIN

Let's face it, the Magic have not been the same team since Nelson has been out and this has effective the team in a huge way overall. Bobcats have been playing solid ball as of late and with this spread being so low Vegas is telling us they have a chance. It seams everytime Charlotte is winning ball games they win with their defense and that is why I love this under play here. They only give up 91.8 at home and score 93.4. I see this being a time match up with a final score of 94-90.

Houston Rockets -3.5 (-110) 5u to win 4.55u WIN

With a stout 20-6 record at home obviously the Rockets are a different team when playing where they sleep. Head to head the Mavs are 7-2 ATS, but that's not scaring me away tonight. I like the fact that Houston puts up 100+ points per in games at home and is holding teams to 92.3 in the same building. The mavs are soooo streaky and I love the rockets in this spot. Both teams have sub par records after wins ATS, but once again I see Houston snatching this one up and I see the spread moving up to -5 by game time, grab this one while you can.

Hornets vs Lakers OVER 206 (-110) 5u to win 4.55u WIN

I really really want to take the Hornets +9 here because they are looking sooo good and I think the fact that Chandler came back is good for this squad... but I can't. I believe the value play is in the total and that would be the over. Both teams can score and score quickly, while in the Hornets last 9 the over has hit 7 times. The same goes for the Lakers, in the last 11 the over has his 9 times. Both teams are playing very good basketball and scoring enough points while they do. Take the over and make some money.

Well boys and girls it's another day and a very small NBA card, so we will have an extra couple NCAA games on the plate.

Providence -2 (-110) 5u to win 4.55u LOSS

Notre Dame had a small spurt of their old success in some recent matchups, but today when they play prov in prov's house it will be a different story. Providence is putting up 79pts a game at home while Notre Dame is a little behind with a 72pts game average on the road. Not only that, but ND is 0-4 ATS on the road after a loss, while prov is a much better 3-3 ATS at home after a loss. Since both of these teams are coming off one I think I'll take the better record ATS and roll with Prov in this one.

Flordia and Vandy OVER 145 (-110) 5u to win 4.55u WIN

Ok, I really wanted to take Flordia at -8 in this one because I feel Vandy is a horrible basketball team and playing a great Home team like Flordia they stand no chance. Something told me no though and I'm staying away from the side bet in this one a rolling with the over. I feel 145 is a little low consider the Gators average 80+ pts at home and are giving up 64. I thnk Vandy can put up more than 60 while the Gators will go for 90 in this match up. Take the over.

Kentucky -3 (-110) 5u to win 4.55u WIN

The first trend that popped at on me for this one was the fact that Tenn is 2-6 ATS in their last 8 road games. Not to mention Kentucky is 11-4 in last 15 Sat games and 7-3 ATS in day games, while Tenn is 4-7 ATS on the road. Kentucky is putting up 81pts a game at home and only giving up 65 pts... I know Tenn can score, but with those stats why not take the Home favorite??

Oklahoma Sooners +1 (-110) 10u to win 9.09u LOSS

I LOVE oklahoma anytime I can get this in single digits, but with points??!?! I feel Texas is a extremely overrated ball club and Ok. is the best team in the nation right now thanks to Blake Griffen. A couple nice trends i picked up are Oklahoma being 7-3-1 on the the road ATS and Texas is a sub par 3-7 ATS at home. Texas vs. opponents with above a .500 record are 8-11 ATS in those games while oklahome is 6-1 on the road against teams with an above .500 record. I LOVE this game and I would put more than 10 units... buuut money managment is key.

Wisc Green Bay -2 (-110) 4u to win 3.64u WIN

I don't think I'm the only who thinks that Long Beach St. just isn't in the same league, ability wise, as a team like WGB. WGB is 7-2-1 ATS coming off a win of 10 or more points and 11-5 overall ATS after a win. It was hard for me not to take this spread and I believe it is a little to low which does scare me, but I'm hitting it anyways.

Utah Jazz -8 (-110) 5u to win 4.55u WIN

With the Jazz playing so well and going for their 4th concecutive win I really love them in this spot. Not to mention they are playin at home and once again this is another one of the many teams in the NBA this year that are just a complete different team playing in front of the home crowd. The Hornets are on the 2nd night of a b2b 3 game road trip and not only did that OT loss to the Lakers last night drain the energy out of them, but with the hard fought comeback it had to be a very emotional loss for this crew as well. With the Jazz working so well the last few games i feel real comfortable taking them tonight to roll the Hornets at home.

The one other play I've loved all day in the NBA would = Spurs and Wizards over.... so....

Spurs vs Wizards OVER 192.5 (-110) 5u to in 4.55u LOSS

Yeah, so obviously the Spurs defense hasn't been as tight of late. I think this number seems very low with a depleted Washington team as well. The Spurs should have no trouble scoring on the Wizards as the same for the Wizards scoring on the Spurs. In the Spur's last 10 games the over has hit 8-2 times and in the Wizard's last 11 it has TEN times.... Yeah those figures look very very good and with this fishy line at +7.5 moving down in the Wizard's favor it makes me think this is another one of those games where Vegas is making us think that Washington stands a chance in this one. The only way I think they can win it is with a good offensive night and i see both teams scoring 100+.

That's my last play tonight so lets sit back relax and hopefully I still hit the 10 unit Oklahoma play.

I love early NBA games and on the plate today are a few, so let's tear them apart.

Pacers +2.5 (-110) 5u to win 4.55 WIN

Another one of those teams that I love getting points at home. Yes, the Bulls seem to be clicking on all cylinders as of late and are playing great basketball, but the Pacers are on of those scary teams that can kill you and especially at home. The Pacers are 12-2 ATS after a loss at home and that trend alone is huge for me. The Pacers defense isn't the best in town, but they can score with any other team and I think they are a better scoring team than the Bulls. Bulls are 2-11 ATS after a win on the road and that just backs up my pick all the more. Take Pacers today with the points and make some money

Toronto -3.5 (-110) 5u to win 4.55 WIN

The Knicks always scare me, whether I bet for them or against them, but I really love Toronto in this spot. After just getting their asses handed to them, now they return home to give New York back the favor. Toronto is very capable of ripping this team apart and when this team loses by 20+ they are a perfect 2-0 ATS in their next game. Let's keep that trend going and take one more.

I'm also doing a parlay and the line on that Pacers game just jumped as I was writing this. I got the +2.5 on the straight bet with my bookie, but he dropped it a point and the parlay I just called in is at +1.5, so:

Clemson -7 (-110) WIN

Clemson is a very very good team and has been up and down ATS. GA Tech is a very bad team and loses a lot of games. After a loss GA Tech is 3-6 ATS, while Clemson is 4-2 ATS on the road after a win. Love these two trends along with the fact that Clemson out scores GA Tech by 10+ on average. I'm rolling with the big road favorite in Clemson today and raking in my money!

Houston Rockets -5.5 (-110) 5u to win 4.55u WIN

Aaron Brooks isn't Tracy, but in his debut as the starting PG he looked damn good. I like the way he played and I believe he will come out again today with something to prove. Once again Houston is a GREAT home team with a 21-6 home record and the Bobcats are just plain bad. Houston is 22-7 in their last 29 against NBA SE opponents and they're putting up 100+ a game at home and only giving away 92. Most of the trends are pointing away from Houston in this one and I'm really basing this decision on momentum alone. I think the Rockets have recieved that extra spurt needed to get them a big win today.

Iowa Hawkeyes +1.5 WIN

I love the home team dog in this spot today and I think this is a great pick. Iowa has a stout 11-3 record at home going up against Michigan's 2-6 away record. At home Iowa's defense has been very very tough only giving up 53 pts per game, while Michigan's road defense is nothing less than horrible allowing teams to score 69 per game. I think that Michigan's defense will be their downfall today and I see Iowa taking this game outright, but I'll take the points just in case. Iowa is also 5-2 ATS after a loss just to seal this pick up. GL GUYS!

One night play in the NBA for me:

Cavs vs Pistons OVER 180 (-110) 5u to win 4.55u LOSS

This line seems very low to me and other may no think the same since the Under has been killing for both of these teams, but how can't the Cavs put up 100 on the Pistons?? I see both these teams easily getting over 90 and this over hitting very well. Cavs have been putting up nearly 105 pts per game at home and Detroit is putting up 94 pts per on the road. I love this play and the line caught my eye as soon as I saw it.

Wake Forest vs Duke UNDER 152.5 (-110) 5u to win 4.55u LOSS

Love how the trends set up for this very interesting matchup in the ACC tonight. The under is 18-6 in Duke's last 24 games and both teams are averageing around 80 per game, but both defenses are very stengy. Duke is only giving up 61 pts while Wake only give up 73pts per. I can see this being a very well fought battle all the way to the end and each coach will play the possession. Duke also survives off the 3 and Wake's D is only give teams a 30% chance to hit those shots in away games.

Arizona is currently on a 7 game winning streak and that is all going to end tonight. Arizona St. is 5-4 ATS after a win at home while Arizona is a dismal 2-4 ATS after a winin their away games. I also like the fact that Arizona St. is holding teams to 56 points per in their home games while Arizona is giving up 71. Just so happens that Arizona St. scores that many points in their home games, so let's hope the averages hold up and this game will easily cover the spread while extending Arizona St.'s win streak to 5 games.
