I dont think this is very hard to believe. Back to back quarters happen like this just about every night in the nba. I've learned to expect it. The total did drop from 195.5 to 194 so under seemed like the side. It only takes 1 bad quarter in the nba for an under to hit, that 2nd quarter might be it.
