Help Transferring PF/PA from a website into Excel

Does anyone know how to transfer stats from a website, say StatFox and get into Excel?

yeah you could highlight the whole table and copy it, then in excel select the cell you want the top left corner in, and right click, paste special, and select text. then the table will appear in excel
