What NBA teams do you see having the most value heading into the 2nd half of the season, and where is the values on today's board?

Booked Pitt/UCONN under 134.5

UCONN's last 4 games have been in the 60's and Pitt's points decline against stiffer competition. The under gets the play here as this game is too close to call when trying to cap it straight up.
