I think it was just due to the confirmation of the absence from Lopez and Williams or maybe its because the bookies are thinking that maybe PP won't be in as well... I really like Portland if that's so (I did not now Lopez wasn't playing when I first replied), but the truth is, the line seems to fishy if they are all in fact out (Lopez, Will and another one).
